Organizational change is necessary for most financial institutions. The industry has become volatile. Cowboy bank has been in operation for 80 years. It has become a leading lender to the agricultural industry in Texas. This industry drove the bank’s revenues for a very long time. The bank has had a wide network of branches that serve customers. All these traits of Cowboy bank have been effective until recently. Growth has stagnated.
