All steps from Inquiry to Approved Order
When you place a free inquiry with Pro-Papers, support will call you or email back to let you know whether there is a suitable writer able to complete your paper. To place an inquiry, click a corresponding button at the main page of the website.
If you are a new customer, provide your contact information at the first step of placing an inquiry. If you already have an account, provide your email and password to sign in. When you do, you will be signed in to your account to provide all other info. Please provide everything at the second and third steps of placing an inquiry, agree with Terms and Conditions, and click the Free inquiry button. When your inquiry is placed, support will call you back. When they do and you are ready to place an order, click Submit button. Then you will be able to pay for the order so Pro-Papers will start working on it.
After you pay for the order, you will find it in the Current orders section, and status of the order will change to Writer’s Review, which will mean that support is looking for the writer that will fully meet your requirements. When the writer is assigned, you will see that the status is changed to In Progress.
When the writer is done working on your assignment, status of the order will be Preview. Please go down to the Files section to find the preview file. Please review it, and if something is wrong, click Send for Revision button and provide your revision instructions. If everything is ok with the paper, click Approve button, and the final file will appear in the Files section.
